Our
Engine line is the best available in the industry. Whether
you want to compare longevity, consistency, race wins,
championships, or anything else Huddleston Performance
engines are the way to go. We have worked many years to
create motors that not only make a lot of horsepower, but
are also easy to tune and take little maintenance.
The
first thing you will notice when looking at an HP motor is
the block itself. We have developed our own block known as
the Sniper. We believe we have created the single best block
available on the market today. The Sniper is made of A356 T6
Virgin Aluminum and a special casting process eliminating
porosity. This makes it one of the strongest and highest
quality raw castings available in the Jr. Industry. We then
fully machine the Jug of the block with cooling fins. This
gives it better cooling than solid castings or billet
blocks.
We also
have worked to ensure that all our engines run as much alike
as possible. We CNC machine our Cylinder Heads, Intake
Manifolds, and a large part of our ports to allow each motor
to breath the same. Our Cylinder Heads are polished to give
them a great looking finish, while our Intake Manifolds are
a completely machined One-Piece design. At the end of the
Intake Runner is a Huddleston Performance prepped Mikuni
Carburetor. Each Carburetor is specially built for the
specific combination of your choosing.
The
internal components of our engines are the strongest in the
industry. We use ARC Cranks, Rods, and Flywheels in all of
our Huddleston Performance engines. The ARC strength and
quality is the best in Jr. Dragster Racing. We have 1" ARC
Cranks still out racing with over 800 runs on them today. In
addition to the ARC Internals, we also use custom HP Design
Dyno Camshafts and Comp Valve Springs.
These
are just a few of the reasons why our motors are constantly
winning races. For full details on your specific needs
